We aim to collect only the information needed to provide the service.

2. Child information

Beyond Practice is designed for students, but we aim to keep child data collection limited.

At this stage, we do not need to collect a child's full name, school, date of birth, address, photo or sensitive personal information. Student profile setup asks only for a first name or nickname and year level.

The free sample can be tried online without login, email or extra child details.

3. How we use information

We use information to:

• provide access to the subject libraries purchased
• send login or magic-link emails
• process subscriptions
• provide the free sample
• save worksheet progress and retry information where available
• review question feedback or problem reports
• respond to enquiries
• maintain website security
• improve the website and learning resources
• comply with legal obligations

4. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full credit card details on our own systems.

Stripe may collect and process payment information according to its own terms and privacy policy.

5. Email and login

We may use email service providers such as Resend to send login links, access emails or service-related messages.

You are responsible for using the correct email address and keeping login links secure.

6. Data storage and service providers

We may use trusted service providers to run the website, including:

• Vercel for hosting
• Stripe for payments
• Supabase for access records, login tokens, student profiles and worksheet attempts
• email service providers such as Resend for login and service messages

These providers may store or process information on our behalf.

7. Marketing emails

If we send marketing emails in the future, we will provide a way to unsubscribe.

Service emails, such as login links, payment access emails or important account notices, may still be sent where needed to provide the service.

8. Disclosure

We do not sell personal information.
