Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Current paid product

Our current paid product is Year 5 Maths Access.

It provides website-only access to advanced Year 5 maths worksheets, answers and explanations.

The current price is A$29/month, billed monthly.

2. Monthly subscription

Year 5 Maths Access is a monthly subscription.

By subscribing, you agree to monthly billing until the subscription is cancelled.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

Cancellation stops future monthly billing.

After cancellation, access may continue until the end of the current paid billing period, unless otherwise stated.

4. Refunds

Because access is provided digitally, we generally do not provide refunds simply because a customer changes their mind after access has been provided.

However, we will consider refunds where required by Australian Consumer Law, including where the service has a major problem or has not been provided as described.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

5. Accidental duplicate payments

If you believe you have been charged twice by mistake, contact us with the email address used for payment and we will investigate.

6. Access issues

If you have paid but cannot access the worksheets, contact us and we will help resolve the issue.

If the issue is caused by an error on our side and we cannot provide access within a reasonable time, we will consider an appropriate remedy.

7. Free sample

The free sample is provided as a downloadable PDF. It does not create a paid subscription unless you separately choose to subscribe.
