Refund & Cancellation Policy
This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for Beyond Practice.

1. Current paid access
Current paid access options are Year 5 Maths, Year 5 English Comprehension, Year 5 General Ability, or an all-subject plan including all three.
Paid access provides website-only access to advanced worksheets, answers and explanations for the subject or plan purchased.
Individual subject access is currently A$19/month. The launch offer gives access to Maths, English Comprehension and General Ability together for A$29/month.
2. Monthly subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe until they are cancelled.
You may cancel monthly access anytime. Cancellation stops future monthly billing, and access usually continues until the end of the current paid billing period.
Failed or unresolved payments may affect access until payment is successfully confirmed.
3. Refunds
Because access is provided digitally, we generally do not provide refunds simply because a customer changes their mind after access has been provided.
We do not automatically refund unused time after cancellation unless required by law or approved manually by Beyond Practice.
We will consider refunds where required by Australian Consumer Law, including where the service has a major problem or has not been provided as described.
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
4. Accidental duplicate payments
If you believe you have been charged twice by mistake, contact us with the email address used for payment and we will investigate.
5. Access issues
If you have paid but cannot access the worksheets, contact us and we will help resolve the issue.
If the issue is caused by an error on our side and we cannot provide access within a reasonable time, we will consider an appropriate remedy.
6. Free sample
The free sample is provided as a website-only trial worksheet. It does not create paid access unless you separately choose to pay.
