By using this website, creating access, trying a free sample, or purchasing paid access, you agree to these Terms.

1. About Beyond Practice

Beyond Practice provides advanced online practice for capable students.

Current paid access options are Year 5 Maths, Year 5 English Comprehension, Year 5 General Ability, or an all-subject plan including all three.

The free sample and paid subject access are provided through the website. Beyond Practice is website-only unless we clearly state otherwise.

Beyond Practice is not tutoring, live classes, video lessons or homework help.

2. Educational purpose

Beyond Practice is designed to support extra practice, careful reasoning, close reading, logic and multi-step problem solving.

We do not guarantee any particular academic result, test result, school placement, improvement level or outcome. Student progress depends on many factors, including effort, consistency, prior knowledge and support.

3. Paid access and payment

Individual subject access is currently offered at A$19/month. The launch offer gives access to Maths, English Comprehension and General Ability together for A$29/month.

Monthly subscriptions are billed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise recurring monthly payments until the subscription is cancelled.

Before payment, we aim to clearly show:

• the price
• the billing period
• that subscription access renews monthly
• that access is website-only
• how cancellation works

4. Access

After successful payment, access is provided through the website. Returning customers may need to log in using the email address used for payment.

Parents manage access and student setup from the parent account. Student login uses a separate username and PIN or password set up by the parent.

Students sign in with a username and PIN or password, not a separate email address. Student usernames cannot normally be changed after setup, but parents can reset the student PIN or password.

You are responsible for entering the correct email address and keeping access links secure.

Access is for the subscribing household only. You must not share login links, copy the content, or share worksheets, passages, questions, answers, explanations or other website materials with others.

5. Cancellation and expiry

You may cancel your subscription according to our cancellation policy.

Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically refund previous payments unless required by Australian Consumer Law or agreed by us.

Access may continue until the end of the current paid billing period, unless otherwise stated.

Access may stop if a subscription expires, is cancelled after the paid period, payment fails, or the access record can no longer be verified.

6. Refunds

Refunds are handled according to our Refund & Cancellation Policy and Australian Consumer Law.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.

7. Acceptable use

You must not:

• copy, reproduce, sell, share, upload or distribute our worksheets, passages, questions, answers, explanations or website materials
• share paid access with other families, schools, tutoring centres or groups
• attempt to bypass website access controls
• use the website in a way that damages, disrupts or overloads the service
• use our content for commercial teaching or tutoring without written permission

8. Intellectual property

Beyond Practice owns the worksheet questions, passages, answers, explanations, page copy, design, sample materials and other website materials, unless we clearly state otherwise.

You may use these materials for personal educational use within your household. You may not copy, share, resell, upload, reproduce, redistribute, publish or adapt them without written permission from Beyond Practice.

9. Website availability

We aim to keep the website available and working properly, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. The website may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, technical issues or third-party service issues.

10. Third-party services

We use third-party services to operate the website, including payment, hosting, email and database services. These may include Stripe, Vercel, Supabase and email service providers such as Resend.

Your use of those services may also be subject to their own terms and privacy practices.

11. Privacy

We handle personal information according to our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
