By using this website, creating access, downloading a free sample, or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these Terms.

1. About Beyond Practice

Beyond Practice provides online maths practice resources for capable Year 5 students.

Our current paid product is Year 5 Maths Access, which provides website-only access to advanced Year 5 maths worksheets, answers and explanations.

The free sample may be provided as a downloadable PDF. Paid access is provided through the website only unless we clearly state otherwise.

2. Educational purpose

Beyond Practice is designed to support extra maths practice, careful reasoning and multi-step problem solving.

We do not guarantee any particular academic result, test result, school placement, improvement level or outcome. Student progress depends on many factors, including effort, consistency, prior knowledge and support.

3. Subscriptions and payment

Year 5 Maths Access is currently offered at A$29/month.

Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise recurring monthly payments until the subscription is cancelled.

Before payment, we aim to clearly show:

• the price
• the billing period
• that the subscription renews monthly
• that access is online only
• how cancellation works

4. Access

After a successful subscription, access is provided through the website. Returning subscribers may need to log in using the email address used for payment.

You are responsible for entering the correct email address and keeping access links secure.

Access is for the subscribing household only. You must not share login links, copy the content, or distribute worksheets, answers or explanations to others.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically refund previous payments unless required by Australian Consumer Law or agreed by us.

Access may continue until the end of the current paid billing period, unless otherwise stated.

6. Refunds

Refunds are handled according to our Refund & Cancellation Policy and Australian Consumer Law.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.

7. Acceptable use

You must not:

• copy, reproduce, sell, upload or distribute our worksheets, answers or explanations
• share paid access with other families, schools, tutoring centres or groups
• attempt to bypass website access controls
• use the website in a way that damages, disrupts or overloads the service
• use our content for commercial teaching or tutoring without written permission

8. Intellectual property

All Beyond Practice content, including questions, answers, explanations, page copy, design and downloadable samples, is owned by us or used with permission.

You may use the content for personal educational use within your household. You may not reproduce, modify, publish, sell or distribute it without written permission.

9. Website availability

We aim to keep the website available and working properly, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. The website may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, technical issues or third-party service issues.

10. Third-party services

We use third-party services to operate the website, including payment, hosting, email and database services. These may include Stripe, Vercel, Supabase and Resend.

Your use of those services may also be subject to their own terms and privacy practices.

11. Privacy

We handle personal information according to our Privacy Policy.
